Przedmiotem badań, podjętym w niniejszym artykule, jest analiza konsekwencji nasilonych emigracji zagranicznych dla lokalnego społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w województwie opolskim. W oparciu o wybrane teorie emigracji związane z kapitałem społecznym, ustalono najważniejsze relacje występujące między tymi kategoriami. Compactness in Groups of Group-Valued Mappings

We introduce the concepts of extended equimeasurability and extended uniform quasiboundedness in groups of group-valued mappings endowed with a topology that generalizes the topology of convergence in measure. Quantitative characteristics modeled on these concepts allow us to estimate the Hausdorff measure of noncompactness in such a contest. Our results extend and encompass some generalizations of Fréchet–Šmulian and Ascoli–Arzelà compactness criteria found in the literature.

The institution of the Real Audiencia in the kingdom of Sardinia since the 1560s is part of a wider process which saw the rise and development of royal supreme courts of justice in several European countries of the early modern period. In fact, major State formation processes all around Europe required that monarchs increased their control on local authorities and that new increasingly centralised systems of judicial review gained precedence over all particular jurisdictions, feudal as well as municipal. This brought about a dramatic transformation in the field of criminal law enforcement and administration of justice.
Inverse problems for a fractional conductivity equation

This paper shows global uniqueness in two inverse problems for a fractional conductivity equation: an unknown conductivity in a bounded domain is uniquely determined by measurements of solutions taken in arbitrary open, possibly disjoint subsets of the exterior. Both the cases of infinitely many measurements and a single measurement are addressed. The results are based on a reduction from the fractional conductivity equation to the fractional Schr\"odinger equation, and as such represent extensions of previous works. Moreover, a simple application is shown in which the fractional conductivity equation is put into relation with a long jump random walk with weights.
Recreational use of water storage reservoir in the municipality of Kluczbork

Water storage reservoir in the Kluczbork municipality in Ligota Zamecka is located on the Stobrawa river. In 1997 the river flooded surrounding towns and villages. It was decided to build a reservoir that during successive flood states would protect residents. The aim of this study is to analyze the possibility of using water reservoir in Kluczbork municipality for recreation and tourism purposes. The freshwater pearl mussel Margaritifera margaritifera (FPM) is an endangered unionid which has a glochidium larva that attaches to the gills of Atlantic salmon Salmo salar or brown trout S. trutta, although some FPM populations have been shown to exclusively attach to only one of these species. Negatywne aspekty indywidualizmu w kulturze mogą być równoważone poprzez działalność placówek kultury w najbliższym miejscu zamieszkania. W tekście ukazana jest działalność kulturalna i animacyjna w odbiorze społecznym w niedużej gminie miejsko-wiejskiej.
